Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2-3 days in office, Tuesday and Thursday anchor days)

What you will do

• Define and elevate the visual identity, creative ambition, and aesthetic standards for managed brands across social platforms.
• Develop bold, platform-native creative ideas designed for attention, participation, and shareability.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual systems, narratives, treatments, moodboards, and social-first creative worlds.
• Lead the creative direction of shoots, creator collaborations, and in-house productions from concept through execution.
• Partner with Social, Strategy, and Studios teams to ensure creative work is informed by culture and audience behavior.
• Play an active role in new business pitches and shaping the future of the integrated social offering.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience across art direction, creative direction, social, luxury, fashion, or digital culture.
• World-class portfolio showcasing visually exceptional social-first work across image and video.
• Deep fluency in the visual languages of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Substack.
• Strong experience leading shoots, developing visual systems, and directing talent.
• Technical proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
• Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid work model.
