What you will do

• Create graphics and content for RFP/RFQ responses to support business development pursuits.
• Develop and maintain company brochures, marketing collateral, and overall brand guidelines.
• Design and update project descriptions and staff biographies for proposals and the company website.
• Transform complex data and insights into clear, modern, and on-brand visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and project managers to brainstorm creative visual presentations.
• Manage marketing printing production and coordinate with external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Solid experience in graphic design and marketing fundamentals.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Experience with printing processes, terminology, and methods.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or equivalent video creation software.
• Experience working with website CMS.
• Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures.
• Knowledge of how AI can be used to enhance the production of information.
