TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London) - Must be based in London and attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week

What you will do
- Design and animate performance-driven assets for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Amazon, and CTV environments.
- Collaborate with creatives, editors, and media teams to ensure work drives audience growth and meets KPIs.
- Create platform-native content tailored to specific audience behaviors and ad formats.
- Build templates and toolkits to scale and automate asset creation.
- Experiment with AI and automation tools to streamline design workflows and unlock creative testing.
- Iterate and improve creative outputs based on campaign performance data and insights.
Requirements
- Strong conceptual and technical ability across static and motion formats.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating performance-focused design and high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, formats, and audience behaviors in entertainment.
- Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance (minimum 2 days per week).
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, or creative coding for dynamic ad formats.
- Familiarity with creative automation or DCO platforms like Smartly.io, Celtra, or Google Studio.
- Experience with 3D, motion graphics, or lightweight VFX to enhance social assets.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for landing pages or micro-sites.
- Experience using data dashboards or analytics tools to inform creative decisions.
