What you will do

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Lottery products, ensuring alignment between Growth, CRM, Creative, and Product teams.
• Manage end-to-end initiatives, including timeline coordination and stakeholder management.
• Develop actionable marketing and creative briefs to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to optimize customer acquisition costs and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve team workflows by implementing automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for high-jackpot events and other key promotional moments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or product marketing within a consumer-facing environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
