What you will do

• Ensure quality success on program teams by meeting contractual requirements and driving quality-related decisions.
• Collaborate with global partners to gather insights, resolve challenges, and maintain transparent communication with customers.
• Improve production by conducting QE studies, recommending design changes, and providing quality support to manufacturing personnel.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams through problem-solving activities, including failure analysis and risk mitigation.
• Develop quality plans for receiving inspection, manufacturing operations, assembly & test processes, and final inspection.
• Work directly with customers and suppliers to identify root causes and corrective actions on complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools and documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (remote candidates will not be considered).
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
