What you will do

• Collaborate with process development engineers to design, validate, and maintain test methods for measurement systems and product performance.
• Operate and program advanced measurement equipment including Hexagon, Micro-Vu, and Keyence systems.
• Analyze measurement data and conduct Gage R&R studies to ensure repeatable results.
• Ensure all test method development and validation activities comply with regulatory requirements and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Provide training and technical support to team members regarding equipment operation and test procedures.
• Evaluate product functionality and durability through rigorous performance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Strong understanding of test method development and validation principles.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMM programming and operation.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 and GD&T.
• Experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency with SPC software systems like Infinity QS.
