What you will do

• Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 quality management systems.
• Drive root cause analysis and 8D corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support product and process validation, internal audits, and customer quality requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on mechanical and electrical product quality.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for product and process support.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Strong background in ISO audits, 8D, RCA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical products and validation testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with thermocouples, noble metals, or laser welding.
• Background in semiconductor, medical device, or advanced manufacturing industries.
