Salary: $224,000 – $313,500 (up to $358,500 based on performance)

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end AEO strategy, roadmap, and retrieval stack investment.
• Monitor the frontier AI ecosystem, tracking LLM releases and emerging retrieval protocols.
• Drive technical optimization across gateway configurations, filetype strategies, and content structures to maximize bot comprehension.
• Establish a comprehensive measurement system for bot crawl analytics, AI visibility, and downstream revenue signals.
• Lead a dedicated engineering pod to productionalize channel learnings into durable systems.
• Synthesize complex technical data into executive-grade narratives for C-suite and board presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, growth, or technical product leadership.
• Proven zero-to-one track record of building and scaling a new channel or product from inception.
• Technical proficiency in LLM training, RAG, web indices, crawler behavior, and CDN configuration.
• Strong discipline in measurement and experimentation with a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

• Founder or founder-adjacent experience, particularly in AI, search, or platform businesses.
