What you will do

  • Support the delivery of the trust communications strategy across reactive and proactive media.
  • Manage corporate and consumer communications, including product launches and milestone announcements.
  • Work cross-functionally to create compelling narratives and provide advice to senior stakeholders on sensitive issues.
  • Pitch stories to journalists and build strong relationships across key media.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze media presence and sector trends to inform the communications agenda.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to prepare for events and executive profiling.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Proven experience working in a busy press office, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Excellent media relations skills with a track record of managing reactive and proactive work.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills with an obsession for data and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
