What you will do

• Shape and deliver hirify.global’s corporate and employer narrative.
• Manage and evolve corporate communications channels, including the corporate website, LinkedIn presence, and internal events.
• Lead the development of communication strategies and editorial content across multiple formats.
• Partner with executive leaders and internal teams to create clear, consistent and engaging communications.
• Support reputation management and earned media activity.
• Line manage one direct report.

Requirements

• The ability to develop clear, compelling corporate narratives.
• Experience managing corporate communications channels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to use data, insight and audience understanding to measure impact and shape communication strategies.
• Experience developing content strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting leadership visibility through thought leadership, speaking engagements or media opportunities.
• Experience managing relationships with media outlets and journalists.
• Experience developing and delivering events to support colleague engagement.
• Familiarity with AI tools and optimising for emerging communication technologies.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
