What you will do

  • Oversee retirement plan administration, including plan amendments and recordkeeper fund changes.
  • Conduct fee analysis, benchmarking, and review of retirement plan invoices.
  • Manage key compliance deadlines, 5500 filings, and investment management documentation.
  • Coordinate participant education sessions and enrollment meetings.
  • Maintain and update client data and service agreements within Salesforce.
  • Provide administrative support to advisors and clients to resolve inquiries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retirement plan operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance in Orlando, FL.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
