TL;DR

Location: Must be commutable to the NYC headquarters (In-office 3–4 days per week, with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 + target equity

What you will do

• Define the next generation of the product, including scheduling intelligence and multi-location infrastructure for larger businesses.
• Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
• Strategically leverage AI and emerging technologies to build intuitive core experiences.
• Ship high-impact features based on strong UX instincts and a deep understanding of user needs.
• Implement a continuous improvement loop using data, customer feedback, and performance signals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience owning complex, high-impact product areas.
• Must be based in or commutable to New York City.
• Active experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to build and optimize products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use quantitative signals for prioritization.
• Technical and design fluency to effectively communicate with engineering and design counterparts.
• Ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment with limited structure.
