What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns from creator sourcing to final delivery.
• Identify, vet, and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit.
• Manage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Manage and guide UGC Coordinators to ensure high-quality campaign outcomes.
• Oversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy and completion.

Requirements

• Prior experience in UGC or influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
