What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute branded content projects for the USA Sports portfolio from ideation to delivery.
• Lead the creative vision and implementation of in-video graphics across branded and organic content.
• Produce and edit high-quality digital video using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to build a video program that meets platform KPIs.
• Develop and mentor junior talent to foster a creative and collaborative team culture.
• Manage multiple versions and exports of content in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience producing end-to-end video for social and digital platforms.
• 2-3 years of dedicated video graphic design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by sports programming.
