What you will do

• Lead a team of platform and DevOps software developers, setting direction and developing talent.
• Own the DevOps roadmap, balancing developer experience, platform efficiency, and reliability.
• Build tooling and self-service capabilities to enable product engineering teams to own their deployments.
• Partner with the security team to ensure environment compliance and platform security.
• Drive infrastructure strategy across cloud, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
• Hire, onboard, and scale a high-performing DevOps team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Development management experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Proven experience shipping production infrastructure and working with cloud-native systems.
• Track record of improving developer experience and platform reliability at scale.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical complexity for business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams utilizing AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-region environments, infrastructure as code, and modern CI/CD platforms.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or ISO270001.
• Experience scaling DevOps functions within fast-growth SaaS environments.
