• Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative architecture across all channels.
• Extract technical insights from internal teams to create unique, high-value content.
• Manage the end-to-end editorial pipeline and content calendar.
• Develop and execute channel strategies for the blog, newsletter, and LinkedIn.
• Build relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure earned media coverage.
• Position company leadership as credible industry voices in energy and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B communications, content strategy, or technical marketing.
• Background in energy, climate tech, deep tech, or infrastructure sectors.
• Exceptional writing skills capable of producing technical explainers and customer briefs.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable communications initiatives.
• Fluency with AI tools to enhance output and operational capacity.
• Must be able to work on-site in Scotts Valley.
