What you will do

• Provide career guidance, diagnostic testing, and comprehensive assessments to program participants.
• Develop individualized employment plans and identify eligible training opportunities.
• Support the Business Development Manager in initiating and maintaining employer relationships.
• Collaborate with professional development instructors and case managers to monitor client progress.
• Advocate for clients with businesses and community partners to secure work-based learning experiences.
• Maintain meticulous records and reports using the Efforts-to-Outcomes data system.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tampa, FL (On-site)
• Experience providing career coaching or employment support services.
• Ability to perform diagnostic testing and career assessments.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills for building community partnerships.
• Proficiency in administrative data entry and case file management.
