What you will do
- Own the investigation, triage, and resolution of Tier 2 production support issues.
- Manage incoming tickets via Zendesk and identify root causes for data mismatches or configuration errors.
- Apply safe operational fixes using Django admin tools and SQL queries.
- Escalate complex code or system issues to the Engineering team.
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Data Specialists to ensure platform reliability.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements for support workflows.
Requirements
- Basic Python proficiency and ability to read or debug existing code.
- Understanding of relational databases and basic SQL queries.
- Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively.
- Comfort using internal dashboards, ticketing systems, and operational workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Django admin or similar operational tooling.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, APIs, or ecommerce platforms.
- Prior experience in Support, Engineering, or Customer Success roles.
- Knowledge of agriculture data and agribusiness ERP systems.
