What you will do

• Formulate and drive the marketing strategy for the ride-hailing business across Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Lead and manage all marketing projects and campaigns to ensure effective execution across all channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning local efforts with global marketing and product teams.
• Manage digital marketing and media planning to maximize ROI and optimize user acquisition and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to refine the marketing mix.
• Oversee local marketing budgets and provide regular reports to C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior Marketing Management or Leadership role.
• Background in high-growth tech sectors like E-commerce, Ride-Hailing, or Fintech.
• Deep expertise in Digital Marketing and Media Planning.
• Proven track record in User Acquisition and User Retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable forecasts and strategies.
