What you will do

• Design and improve systems connecting AI capability development to production reality.
• Manage the packaging, versioning, promotion, and rollback of model and capability artifacts.
• Build and optimize deployment and release pathways for AI-backed services.
• Implement shadow-serving, staged rollouts, and candidate-versus-incumbent comparisons.
• Strengthen runtime behavior, observability, and debugging for model-backed systems.
• Automate evidence-based evaluation systems to inform release decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related experience.
• 2 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience solving complex debugging challenges.
• Ability to operate within ambiguous, cross-functional environments with evolving requirements.
• Expertise in building for reproducibility, operability, and rollout safety.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, or managed ML platforms.
• Experience with model serving, experiment tracking, or ML lifecycle tooling.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, search/relevance systems, or internal enablement tooling.
• Experience with testing, benchmarking, or evaluation frameworks for release decisions.
• Exposure to applied AI, speech, conversational systems, or production ML domains.
