Pay-Out Product Manager (Payments)

Pay-Out Product Manager (Payments): Own and develop the Pay-Out product direction from market research and go-to-market strategy to product delivery and commercial enablement with an accent on building complete value chains for new segments including technical, legal, and sales infrastructure. Focus on managing product backlog, driving full development cycles, owning unit economics and P&L, and collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations.

What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog for Pay-Out: feature definition, prioritization, and sprint management.
• Drive full development cycle in collaboration with engineering and business analysts.
• Conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies for new segments and products.
• Work closely with sales: collect feedback, translate to requirements, communicate updates, and participate in sales conversations.
• Build value chains for new segments from technical infrastructure and compliance to support and sales playbooks.
• Own unit economics, P&L, budgets, sales funnels, legal, and financial operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in payments industry with focus on payout flows (disbursements, remittance, payroll, creator payouts)
• Hands-on with payout channels: Visa/Mastercard push, alternative methods, cross-border outside Europe
• Experience with payment providers: KYB, compliance, partnerships
• Strong understanding of unit economics, P&L, sales funnel management
• Product methodology: Agile, backlog, roadmap, prioritization
• Practical experience applying AI tools in workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll platforms, creator economy, B2B mass payouts
• Background in crypto or adjacent industries
• Exposure to markets outside Europe (LATAM, SEA, MENA)
