Product Manager Middle (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the roadmap and backlog for communication channels with external providers.
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve the integration architecture and implement multi-vendor routing strategies.
• Improve channel efficiency and reliability while reducing operational costs.
• Monitor key operational metrics (delivery rate, latency, uptime, MTTR) and manage SLA performance.
• Optimize onboarding processes for new providers and develop failover and fallback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal product teams across the bank.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with platform, infrastructure, internal products, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working with complex, process-heavy products and cross-functional systems.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and understanding of operational metrics.
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor management or communication platforms (telecom, CRM, messaging).
• Knowledge of reliability, SLA/SLI, monitoring, or incident management concepts.
• Experience working with high-load or mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with multi-vendor environments or routing systems.
