What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic professional services projects, including space reservation, intranet, and digital signage deployments.
• Develop and manage project charters, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and risk logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects and partner vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise customers, providing guidance on platform governance and workplace best practices.
• Conduct executive-level discovery sessions to align technology solutions with client business objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to scope new service opportunities and contribute to pre-sales proposals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in workplace technology, SaaS implementation, enterprise IT, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong consultative skillset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated experience with change management principles and driving user adoption.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on project executor.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience with workplace experience technologies like space reservation or digital signage.
• Knowledge of workplace strategy frameworks or hybrid work models.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations such as HRIS, IWMS, AV systems, or SSO.
