What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, resolving issues and providing strategic guidance.
• Translate media planning inputs into comprehensive campaign builds and manage hands-on execution.
• Optimize client campaigns based on specific goals, ensuring proper pacing and platform performance.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and handle ad-hoc client requests promptly.
• Support account leads with strategic media planning, budget management, and billing administration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Amazon Media advertising experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica for hybrid work.

• Experience with other retail media networks.
