What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing communications and resolving issues promptly.
• Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns, ensuring proper pacing and goal alignment.
• Translate media planning inputs into detailed campaign builds and implement in-platform optimizations.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and handle ad-hoc client data requests.
• Manage business administration tasks, including budget tracking and billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic media planning and innovation.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of digital optimization experience, specifically with Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, or similar retail media networks.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Jose, Costa Rica.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and internet technologies.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and various inventory types (video, display).
• Familiarity with ad policies and creative standards.
