What you will do

• Assist in creating and updating work instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to document complex manufacturing processes.
• Standardize documentation for improved usability on the production floor.
• Develop simple visuals, diagrams, and step-by-step guides.
• Review existing documentation to identify gaps and ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Boulder, CO.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical processes into clear, logical instructions.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a lab, shop, or manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to documentation control or quality systems like ISO 9001.
• Ability to create flow charts and simple diagrams.
