What you will do

• Design and propose well-fitting solutions for platform features using RFCs.
• Develop Go-based services, plugin frameworks, and CLI tooling.
• Create high-quality documentation for users, AI agents, and maintainers.
• Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring and on-call participation.
• Guide platform users toward golden paths and support diverse data platform needs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep experience with Go and a polyglot mindset for Python or other languages.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong foundational understanding of networking and security best practices.
• Familiarity with data platform architecture, columnar databases, and MPP engines.
• Experience leveraging agentic coding workflows to accelerate value delivery.
