VentorTech is looking for a Odoo (Python) Development Team Lead.

Needed:
Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo framework) or readiness to dive into this framework and domain
Experience leading a team or taking ownership of technical direction
Ability to combine development work with team leadership
Experience working with complex business logic and ERP systems
Strong understanding of software architecture and code quality practices
Ability to operate in dynamic environments and improve imperfect systems
English on working level for communication with clients and internal teams

Nice to have:

Experience with large-scale Odoo implementations
Background in consulting or client-facing delivery
Experience scaling or stabilizing engineering teams
