What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Android voice interface from the ground up.
• Design and implement floating overlay UI/UX components.
• Integrate tightly with Android accessibility APIs to ensure seamless user interaction.
• Prototype and ship new voice-driven features for the Flow platform.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and designers to refine the dictation experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
• Fluency in Kotlin with a track record of shipping multiple Android apps to large userbases.
• Previous founding or startup experience.
• Strong design intuition and attention to detail regarding animations and UX.
• High-throughput of code and strong programming practices.
