What you will do

• Design, develop, and sustain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Java.
• Lead architectural modernization, modularization, monolith decomposition, and development of shared libraries and frameworks.
• Own the full lifecycle of mobile systems, including API design, CI/CD deployment, testing, telemetry, experimentation, and live-traffic monitoring.
• Apply AI-driven tools and automation to improve development speed, code analysis, testing, reliability, and product intelligence.
• Define observability standards, telemetry pipelines, fault-tolerance strategies, and production diagnostics.
• Partner with product, design, backend, and data teams while mentoring developers and influencing mobile-platform strategy.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Flows.
• Experience architecting modular, maintainable systems and leading technical roadmaps or initiatives.
• Strong background in performance optimization, observability, system-level debugging, instrumentation, SLOs/SLIs, fault tolerance, and incident triage.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve developer velocity, reliability, or product intelligence.
• Demonstrated technical leadership through multi-team initiatives, mentoring, roadmap influence, and collaboration with senior technical or product leadership.
