What you will do

• Own software projects end-to-end from design through delivery.
• Architect and build a next-generation internal platform for engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Design systems to deploy, manage, and scale applications for service owners.
• Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and drive cloud efficiency.
• Drive significant cloud cost savings through optimized engineering practices.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering or related fields.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Extensive production-grade experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or PHP.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and computer science.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in core AWS services like S3, IAM, EC2, Lambda, or EKS.
• AWS Professional or Specialty certifications.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
• Proven history of driving cloud cost reductions at scale.
