Location: Remote (United States). Atlanta, GA strongly preferred. West Coast considered on a case-by-case basis.

What you will do
- Build the SRE practice, including SLO framework, on-call rotation, and incident command process.
- Define severity tiers, SLA commitments, and escalation paths for production support.
- Set the operating system across engineering lanes, including sprint discipline, release rituals, and code review standards.
- Own SOC 2 artifacts, model risk review documentation, and change traceability.
- Write runbooks, stand up the on-call rotation, and own incident command during outages.
Requirements
- Ten or more years in engineering, with at least five years building SRE or platform operations functions at a software company selling into enterprise or regulated markets.
- Experience with multi-tenant and multi-deployment-model infrastructure.
- Experience writing SLOs and standing up an on-call rotation.
- Experience as a technical owner during production incidents.
- Must be based in the United States.
