What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI agents that execute real-world actions for enterprise clients.
• Design agent intelligence, including reasoning, tool calls, and prompt architecture.
• Architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Collaborate in cross-functional builder pods to turn complex business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Partner with sales teams and customers to ensure technical solutions meet real-world needs.
• Iterate rapidly through the full technical lifecycle from testing to production deployment.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English and either French or German.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real-time infrastructure.
• Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams and high-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to work directly with customers.
