What you will do

• Design and implement complex data collection strategies with human participants.
• Develop synthetic and model-based data generation methods following state-of-the-art approaches.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for model training.
• Build and prototype tools for data analysis and creation using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists and engineers to evaluate AI model performance.
• Coordinate day-to-day data collection efforts, including planning and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in computational linguistics, language data processing, or AI data creation.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data collection and quality target implementation.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computational Linguistics or an equivalent field.
• Practical experience with Machine Learning and technical concepts like APIs.
• Experience with version control and agile development methodologies.
• Extensive background working with speech, text, and multimodal data.
