TL;DR

Customer Success Executive (AI): Leading high-touch, onsite implementations of generative AI solutions within healthcare systems with an accent on clinical workflow integration and operational adoption. Focus on building trusted relationships with hospital leadership, managing complex post-sale delivery, and driving measurable improvements in patient care outcomes.

Location: Must be based in the US, with 25-50% travel required for onsite client work.

What you will do

  • Serve as a forward-deployed implementation lead, spending multiple days per week onsite at client locations.
  • Own post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution configuration, and rollout across clinical operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff, operational leaders, and IT teams.
  • Train nursing and clinical staff on the effective use of AI solutions to ensure sustained adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient care outcomes and operational efficiencies using AI tools.
  • Track and present success metrics, including patient outcomes and adoption rates, to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and mandatory vaccinations.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying or scaling AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS in healthcare settings.
  • Background in healthcare consulting or system-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Experience presenting outcomes and best practices at conferences or executive forums.
