What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts, handling API/integration troubleshooting and JSON configurations.
  • Guide customers through API implementations, including authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle of an Enterprise book of business, including renewals, expansions, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
  • Develop tailored success plans by analyzing customer HR workflows and organizational structures.
  • Proactively monitor customer health signals to intervene and prevent churn before escalation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success or Technical Account Management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, JSON payloads, and integration debugging.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating customer data.
  • Ability to analyze logs and diagnose complex issues across different systems and data flows.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for HR practitioners and business priorities for IT teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech or working with people operations teams.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR workflows, or compliance environments.
  • Experience with CS Operations and process design to drive efficiency improvements.
