What you will do

• Act as a bridge between IT and business departments to align migration goals.
• Plan, control, and execute complex SAP migrations, specifically ECC to S/4HANA transformations.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate external service providers.
• Support bid preparation through requirements analysis and functional solution concepts.
• Provide effort estimations for upcoming SAP migration projects.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an SAP Migration Consultant in consulting projects.
• Proficiency in classic tools (LSMW, batch input) and modern S/4HANA tools (Migration Cockpit, SLT).
• German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage critical project phases independently.
• Must be based in or able to visit the Warsaw HQ approximately once per quarter.

Nice to have

• Expertise in SNP or Natuvion.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and Confluence.
