What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, including task distribution and performance management.
• Review code, define best practices, and make key technical decisions for maintainable architecture.
• Ensure predictable and consistent delivery across projects by improving estimation and planning.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and participate in pre-sale technical discussions.
• Build and improve development processes, workflows, and team accountability.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (Python, PostgreSQL) or readiness to master the framework.
• Proven experience leading a team or taking ownership of technical direction.
• Ability to combine hands-on development work with team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working with complex business logic and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and code quality practices.
• English: Working proficiency required for client and team communication.

• Experience with large-scale Odoo implementations.
