What you will do

• Build quarterly forecasts by category and product shape and manage seasonal Open-to-Buy (OTB).
• Own SKU-level buy planning for the Online channel and manage reorders based on business needs.
• Optimize stock efficiency by balancing availability, sell-through performance, and stock cover.
• Lead End-of-Season Sale (EOSS) and off-price planning, including pricing strategy and channel development.
• Own weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting across Wholesale and Online channels.
• Implement AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency in reporting, planning, and merchandising processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a merchandising planning role within the fashion industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
• Ability to generate actionable analytical insights to help teams achieve company goals.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
