What you will do

• Design, manage, and deliver research insights using proprietary dashboards, crosstabulations, and presentations.
• Partner with Sales to increase acquisition and retention among mid-tier clients.
• Act as the primary research partner, leading client meetings and presenting final deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer service.
• Manage complex research initiatives end-to-end, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of client-facing Market Research experience on the agency side.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong background in quantitative research and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPSS.
