Location: Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Hybrid/Remote setup with travel for customer engagements.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and solution presentations to potential customers.
• Translate business requirements into tailored technical designs using the hirify.global platform.
• Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical validation activities to prove product value.
• Partner with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to support strategic deals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Act as a trusted advisor by applying real-world implementation experience to customer conversations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with hirify.global platform implementations.
• Strong customer-facing experience in consulting, implementation, or presales.
• Ability to independently lead technical workshops and solution discussions.
• Solid understanding of business processes such as FP&A, supply chain, or operations.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in presales or solution engineering.
• Experience within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or BI environments.
• Familiarity with the DACH market and regional customer expectations.
