CRM Manager

TL;DR

CRM Manager (Marketing): Developing and executing performance-driven CRM campaigns to support smart meter installation targets with an accent on data-driven strategy, multi-channel communication, and customer journey optimization. Focus on designing rigorous test-and-learn programs, managing end-to-end campaign delivery, and driving measurable business performance.

Location: Must be based in the UK, with a requirement to work from one of our hubs (Bristol, Glasgow, or London) at least once a week.

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 plus 15% bonus and 9% flex pay.

What you will do

• Design and implement effective CRM programs to drive smart meter bookings.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process for multi-channel campaigns, including email and direct mail.
• Develop data-driven customer contact strategies based on statistically valid testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals.
• Optimize campaign performance through rigorous test-and-learn programs and in-flight analysis.
• Write high-quality creative briefs and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM and developing marketing plans.
• Proficiency in executing email and direct mail campaigns.
• Experience in campaign forecasting and developing business cases.
• Ability to develop data-driven customer contact strategies.
• Must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance marketing environment.
