TL;DR

Location: Remote (EMEA). Only candidates from selected EMEA countries are considered.

What you will do

  • Manage up to 3 Team Leads and oversee full pod operations, providing daily support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Growth and cross-functional Group Heads to align on strategic goals.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and lead stream-wide optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute expert input to large-scale proposals and Tier 1 RFPs.
  • Design team structures and manage planning resource allocation and pod-level budgets.
  • Conduct performance reviews for Team Leads and lead hiring and onboarding of senior specialists.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital media planning.
  • 3+ years of management experience across multiple teams or streams.
  • Expert knowledge of DSPs, programmatic, and multi-platform media planning.
  • Advanced client-facing experience, including leading strategic pitches.
  • Proven success in strategic planning and process design.
  • Must be based in selected EMEA countries.
