What you will do

• Lead the media planning output for specific clients to create industry-leading work.
• Translate strategic approaches into tangible media behaviours and coach the wider team.
• Manage senior client relationships to understand business needs and drive growth.
• Oversee the planning team's development, objectives, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with media owners to identify opportunities for innovative campaigns.
• Utilize tools for sources of growth, measurement, and data-driven learning agendas.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in media industry trends and technical knowledge of media touchpoints.
• Expert level skill in campaign management, accuracy, and meeting critical deliverables.
• Advanced capability in storytelling and persuading key decision-makers.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (approximately 4 days per week in the London office).
