What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact to build and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and handle shift handovers.
• Document all client communications and relay information to relevant internal teams.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or delays early to minimize client impact.
• Support peak workloads and time-sensitive deliverables in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including overnight duties.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
