What you will do

• Lead and manage the software release and integration section, reporting to the Head of Software Design.
• Drive strategic initiatives for resource planning, competence development, and agile process improvement.
• Oversee the integration and verification of complex real-time, embedded, and front-end software systems.
• Manage the end-to-end release process to ensure timely, high-quality deployments meeting regulatory standards.
• Implement digitalization initiatives to accelerate development cycles and simplify integration workflows.
• Ensure the team has the necessary hardware and infrastructure to maintain seamless execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software integration, release management, and verification within embedded or RTOS environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability with a track record of successful software deliveries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and configuration management in large-scale embedded projects.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting process, which may include citizenship requirements.
