• Oversee the development, delivery, and maintenance of the EW product family.
• Establish and optimize effective ways of working across functional teams.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide line management, including competence development and performance oversight.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Product Unit and broader organization.

Requirements

• Must pass a security vetting process; citizenship obligations may apply.
• Proven experience in leading leaders and development teams in large organizations.
• Strong background in both project management and line management.
• Experience working within agile frameworks.
