What you will do

• Design original brand work from concept to execution across digital and physical campaigns and the hirify.global visual identity.
• Lead brand projects end-to-end, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all touch points.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, research, and engineering teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
• Translate brand strategy into impactful visual work based on stakeholder insights.
• Elevate the team's overall craft through high-quality output and collaboration.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven image-making tools into the creative workflow.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in brand design across tech and non-tech industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color, and systems thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience and software proficiency in motion design.
• Competencies in illustration or 3D work.
