What you will do

• Scale creative output across paid channels and produce variations to support testing and learning.
• Maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials and own creative QA on assets before launch.
• Build and maintain templates, design systems, and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative, growth, and product design teams to iterate based on performance data.
• Integrate AI tools into the design process to increase the speed and quality of work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a creative or brand designer for consumer brands or top agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, and conceptual thinking.
• Experience designing for performance and growth marketing (paid social, campaigns).
• Must be based in London for the hybrid work model.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools within your professional design workflow.

Nice to have

• Motion and video skills using After Effects, Figma motion, or AI motion tools.
• Experience contributing to a new brand launch or full rebrand.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks.
