What you will do

• Define and implement QA strategy, testing plans, and structured processes across two live products (Chat platform and Loyalty/Coupon system).
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 QA specialists, driving quality standards and best practices.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks, specifically focusing on regression testing.
• Establish and track KPI-driven quality metrics to continuously improve delivery performance.
• Serve as the key communication link between developers, QA, product managers, and the client.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Lead with hands-on team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong manual testing skills with experience in test planning, strategy, and process design.
• Solid understanding of test automation to automate or guide the automation of repetitive workflows.
• Experience defining and tracking QA KPIs and quality metrics.
• Ability to work in a multi-product, agile environment.
• Must be located in Lithuania, the Baltics, or wider Europe.
• English: Proficiency required.
